Biruni University
Born in Elbistan in 1963, he graduated from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi in 1980. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine with honors in 1987 and specialized in Pediatrics at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1991.
