Álvaro Ramis Olivos is a Chilean scholar known for his expertise in Applied Ethics and moral philosophy. He studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University of Valencia, Spain. With a background in theology and education, his research explores the connection between ethics and democracy. Álvaro has held significant leadership roles and received awards for his work. He has lectured across Latin America and Europe, focusing on Contemporary Economic Ethic and critiquing possessive individualism. Currently, he serves as the Postgraduate Coordinator in the Faculty of Social Sciences at UAHC, Chile.
