Talar holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on School Counseling from Haigazian University in Lebanon, where she also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education with an emphasis on Christian Education. Additionally, Talar completed a Teaching Diploma at Haigazian University, equipping her with a comprehensive foundation in pedagogical practices.

Throughout her career, Talar has held key teaching and leadership positions. She served as the Chair of the Teaching Math and Science Department at the Modern University for Business and Science in Lebanon for a period of seven months in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, Talar worked as an Instructor of Education at the same university, where she contributed significantly to the development of aspiring educators. Talar's teaching experience also extends to English, Arts, Sciences, and Technology, having served as an instructor at a prominent university in Lebanon from 2013 to 2018. In addition, she worked as a dedicated English teacher for grades 3, 4, 5, and 7 at the Christian Teaching Institute in Lebanon from 2010 to 2013 and again in 2016-2017. Furthermore, Talar's commitment to making a positive impact through education led her to work as an Education Field Officer at Relief International (NGO) in Lebanon from 2014 to 2015.
