Formerly Dean of the Faculty of Business Sciences at UBB. Adept in corporate and behavioral finance, he's an esteemed educator and prolific writer. Beyond academics, he's actively contributed to regional development, leading as President of Capítulo Ñuble, Fundación Chile Descentralizado, and Director of Corporación de Adelanto y Desarrollo de Ñuble. In August 2022, he became Rector of Universidad del Bío-Bío, reinforcing his commitment to education and regional progress
