Jorge Talavera Overview

A university leader, with a Doctorate in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from ESAN Business School, and a background in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Engineering. With over 30 years of experience in prestigious national and international educational institutions, 21 of which were served as a rector. In the past, he founded the Postgraduate School at USIL and later served as the university's rector.
