Mirjana Nikolić, PhD, is the current rector of the University of Arts in Belgrade, as well as a distinguished full-time professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDA). She has held various leadership roles, including Head of the Department of Management and Production in Theatre, Radio, and Culture, Head of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, and Director of the Institute for Theatre, Film, Radio, and Television FDA. Her research focuses on Media Studies, Media Production and Management, and Media Ethics. With three published books and over thirty scientific and professional articles, she has made significant contributions to the field. Mirjana Nikolić's expertise has been recognized through numerous awards, and she actively participates in various academic conferences and research projects. As the rector of the University of Arts in Belgrade, she continues to elevate the institution's academic excellence and research endeavors.
