Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Kürşat Aydoğan Overview

Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Kürşat Aydoğan completed his undergraduate studies at TED Ankara College High School before entering the Middle East Technical University to pursue his bachelor's degree. He obtained his doctorate in administration in 1979 and an M.B.A. in 1980. In 1986, he completed a master's degree in finance at Syracuse University. Prior to joining Bilkent University, he taught at Ball State University and the Middle East Technical University. From 1991 to 2004, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration. Currently, he holds the position of finance professor and Deputy Rector responsible for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Bilkent University. From 1988 to 1993, he worked as a consultant at the Research Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. In the spring of 2000, he taught at Michigan State University.
