Dr. Kizilay, as the current rector of Inonu University, has established himself as a highly specialized expert in his field, with numerous scientific achievements and contributions. He has participated in 289 scientific activities, received 748 citations, published in 60 international refereed journals, presented 24 international papers, contributed to 22 book chapters, published in 59 national refereed journals, presented 78 national papers, and participated in 47 conferences and training courses. Additionally, he has treated hundreds of thousands of patients and performed approximately twenty thousand surgeries. Dr. Kizilay completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine from 1985 to 1992, obtaining his Medical Doctor degree. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1997, he specialized in Otorhinolaryngology at Inonu University, where he currently serves as the rector.
