Born in Bulgaria in 1969, the author is a graduate of Marmara University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, with a specialization in English. They obtained their Master's and Ph.D. degrees at Uludağ University and currently serve as a faculty member in the Department of Economics. Their research interests lie in the fields of philosophy, economic philosophy, political economy, economic methodology, and history of economic thought. The author has published articles in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Economic Issues, METU Development Journal, Toplum ve Bilim, and Doğu Batı. Additionally, they have authored a book titled "Rationality: A Discussion in the Context of Economics"
