Prof. Dr. Hacı Ali MANTAR is an accomplished academic in the field of Engineering and Computer Science. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1993 and completed his master's and doctoral degrees at Syracuse University in the USA. With a wealth of experience, he has held significant positions, including Center Director at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Havelsan. He has made valuable contributions as a faculty member at Gebze Technical University and currently serves as a Professor at Istanbul Technical University. Additionally, he is a Board Member at İTÜ ARI Technopolis.
