Prof. Dr. İlker Hüseyin CARIKCI Overview

In 1993, he graduated from METU Business Administration. He completed his doctorate in Organizational Behavior at Marmara University. He conducts research in the areas of work-life balance, motivation, communication, and management, and provides lectures and seminars on these topics. He obtained all his academic titles at SDU. He has held positions such as Vice Dean, Department Chair, Program Chair, Institute Director, and Dean. He worked as an Advisor to the President and Bologna Expert within the framework of YÖK. He has participated in Sixth Framework, Comenius, National Agency, and R&D projects.
