Prof. Dr. Yadigar İzmirli Overview

Yadigar İzmirli, a prominent figure in commercial law, was born in Söğüt Çaltı in 1954. She holds a doctorate from Gazi University and has served as a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Law and Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law. In addition to her academic achievements, she has actively contributed to the development of the New Turkish Commercial Code and participated in discussions on behalf of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. Currently serving as the Rector of Istanbul Aydın University, Prof. Dr. Yadigar İzmirli is a married mother of two children.
