In March 2022, Rhea Law assumed the esteemed position of the University of South Florida's eighth president. With deep-rooted ties to both the university community and the state of Florida, Law takes immense pride in her role and is dedicated to the advancement of the state's success. Engaged in a wide range of corporate, public policy, civic, and charitable endeavors, she brings a wealth of experience to her leadership.
Law holds the distinction of being the first USF graduate to serve as president, underscoring her strong connection to the institution and its values. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in management at USF, she diligently worked as the university research project administrator for the Office of Sponsored Research, demonstrating her commitment and work ethic. Continuing her educational journey, Law went on to earn her terminal law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
