Sally Ann Kornbluth, a distinguished figure in the field of cell biology and academia, currently holds the prestigious position of the 18th president at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, assuming office in January 2023.
Prior to her esteemed role at MIT, Kornbluth served as the provost of Duke University from 2014 to 2022 and held the position of vice dean for basic sciences at Duke University School of Medicine from 2006 to 2014.
