Vojtěch Petráček is a Czech nuclear physicist and university teacher, serving as the rector of the Czech Technical University in Prague since February 2018.He completed his studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University. He holds a degree of RNDr. and CSc. He has a notable career, including positions as Vice-Rector at CTU and research work at the Institute of Nuclear Physics AVČR and the University of Heidelberg. He has received professional awards and has been actively involved in scientific activities, focusing on nuclear physics research and teaching. Throughout his career, he has published numerous articles and made significant contributions to the field.
