Cynthia Larive, an accomplished American scientist and academic leader, currently holds the esteemed position of chancellor at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her expertise lies in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and mass spectrometry. Prior to her chancellorship, Larive served as a chemistry professor and as the provost and executive vice chancellor at the University of California, Riverside.
