David C. Munson Jr. is an esteemed American academic leader, currently serving as the president of the renowned Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
Before his current role, Munson held the esteemed position of dean at the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 2006 to 2016. He also made significant contributions as a professor of electrical engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as the Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan.
