Heinrich Homola, a highly accomplished professional with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering as Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, possesses a rich academic background and an extensive international business career spanning over 30 years. Throughout his career, Homola has collaborated with multinational corporations, local SMEs, and entrepreneurs, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in various business environments.
Heinrich Homolas's professional journey began at Procter & Gamble, where he started as a marketer in Germany. Leveraging his bilingual proficiency in German and Czech, he became one of P&G's pioneering managers in Prague. Later, he transitioned to the prestigious cosmetic giant COTY, assuming the role of General Manager for the Czech and Slovak republics, and subsequently, for The Netherlands. Eventually, Heinrich Homola was entrusted with overseeing the entire German-speaking DACH region.
Continuing his career, Homola joined German C.O.P. East Consult as Managing Partner, where he successfully built up their interim management practice, collaborating with prominent companies such as Polish Telekom ERA and German Tchibo. Heinrich's expertise was further recognized when he assumed the role of CEO for Vitana, one of the largest food corporations in the Czech Republic.
However, Heinrich's thirst for personal and professional growth led him to embark on a new path. He pursued qualifications as a systemic coach and team coach, obtaining a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and established his own business. In this capacity, he provided valuable coaching and mentoring services and served as a contract manager for organizations such as Prague's Musée Grévin, Jansen Display, and GS Pharmaceuticals.
Over the last 18 years, Homola has been able to pursue his true passion: lecturing at various business universities and high schools while mentoring student companies through the Junior Achievement organization. He has also contributed his expertise by serving on various Supervisory and Advisory Boards.
