Jana Ter-Akopow Čemusová, M.A., serves as the Dean of the School of Psychology at the University of New York in Prague. With a wealth of international experience, she is recognized as an accomplished educator in the areas of intercultural communication and skills, higher education pedagogy, and personal leadership training for university students and professionals.

Jana's extensive career in international education spans over two decades, encompassing various aspects such as study abroad programs, experiential learning through internships, and the development of intercultural competency. In 2019, she assumed the role of Director of the Prague office at EUSA Academic Internships after working for over a decade as a Center Director and lecturer at CIEE Prague. Additionally, Jana Ter-Akopow Čemusová holds the position of Senior Associate at the Arnošt Lustig Foundation and is a member of the Academic Board of the Architectural Institute of Prague.

Jana's academic background includes Master's degrees in both Cultural Anthropology and Education from Charles University. She also had the opportunity to further her studies as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Kansas for one academic year. As an Intercultural Communication Expert for the Institute for Excellence in Internationalization at Palacký University in Olomouc, Jana remains dedicated to exploring intercultural communication, personal leadership, and experiential learning.
