Luc De Ceuster is a highly accomplished and multidisciplinary professional with a strong academic background in engineering. He is currently serving as the General Manager at APraCom s.r.o. since 2006 and as the Chief Executive Officer of De Ceuster Academy since 2016. Additionally, he holds the position of Lecturer at the University of New York in Prague since 2008.

De Ceuster's educational journey began at the Belgian Royal Military Academy, where he earned his Master's degree in Engineering in 1982. He further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a Master Certificate in Project Management from the AT&T School of Business and Technology in 2001, along with his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Throughout his career spanning over 35 years, Luc De Ceuster has amassed extensive experience in various sectors such as construction, military, aviation, and ICT. He has held key positions ranging from team member to Senior Project Manager at AT&T. Moreover, he has made significant contributions as a professor at the Belgian Aviation School, where he trained Civil Airline pilots for seven years. He also served as the Director of a new environmental division in a prominent Belgian concrete factory.

De Ceuster's accomplishments extend beyond his professional roles. He is the author of several publications, including books on project management, risk management, and earned value management. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the Society Quality Medicine Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to utilizing scientific knowledge for the betterment of society.

Furthermore, he founded De Ceuster Academy with the aim of offering a comprehensive project management program in the Czech Republic, Europe, and beyond.
