Markéta Pešoutová is an accomplished Therapist, Lecturer, Researcher, and Soft-Skill Trainer. Holding a significant academic background, she is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Olomouc University's Social Health Institute, Palacký University, Olomouc, Czech Republic, with a Mag. Psych. (M.A.) from Palacký University, Czech Republic.

Pešoutová's research interests lie in the intricate interplay between emotions, health complaints, and psychosocial interactions. Notably, she leads a work package in the EU-funded SHAPES project and engages in cross-national anthropology research. Her involvement also extends to the realm of soft-skill training, where she passionately imparts knowledge on relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.

With a diverse professional journey, Pešoutová has spent over 7 years as a Soft-skills Trainer and more than 5 years as a dedicated Researcher.
