Michaela Poslt Königová is a licensed Psychologist based in Prague, Czech Republic. Her journey to becoming a psychologist is marked by a multidisciplinary academic background and a passion for understanding the human mind. With a profound artistic and scientific inclination, Michaela pursued dual graduate degrees - a bachelor's and master's in arts (MA) in psychology from UNYP / SUNY ESC, and a master's in science (MSc) from the Czech Technical University (CVUT).

Having initially embarked on a career in the corporate world, Michaela's perspective gradually shifted towards the intrinsic value of individual well-being within organizations. Over a decade spent in project management and HR roles led her to the realization that employee welfare is a cornerstone of any successful enterprise. This insight ignited her ambition to establish a private psychological practice aimed at improving people's lives.

Beyond her formal education, Michaela has pursued psychotherapeutic training, specifically in Analytical Psychology rooted in the principles of Carl Gustav Jung, and Schema-therapy, which amalgamates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment theory.
