Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk is a distinguished academic with an illustrious journey. Graduating in Public Administration from Istanbul University in 1991, he went on to earn his master's in Labor Economics, followed by a doctoral degree in Labor Economics from the same university. A trailblazer in leadership, he founded the Leadership in the Public Sector (LPS) program in the US, while actively contributing to academia in Turkey. His prolific research spans various domains, including new public administration, public sector entrepreneurship, business ethics, and social sciences research methods. Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk is married and a father of two children. He is proficient in English.
