In 1992, Prof. Dr. Arif Özaydın completed his studies in the Public Administration department at Istanbul University, where he began in 1988. He further pursued his Master's degree in Labor Economics at the same university and successfully completed his Doctorate there as well. This experienced academician is well-known for his publications on economics, including a 272-page book titled 'Innovation Economy,' which he authored in 2013 and updated in 2016. However, there have been allegations that 70 pages of this book were involved in plagiarism.
