Prof. Dr. Fahrettin GOKTAŞ Overview

Professor Göktaş, born in Erzurum in 1963, is a renowned physicist. He graduated from Fırat University and completed his Master's degree there. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Bristol in the UK. He has 45 published articles in various international journals, presented 47 papers at national and international conferences, holds one international patent, and has two published books. His scientific work has been cited 335 times by various researchers. He serves as a referee for four international and two national journals. He has supervised five doctoral and nine master's theses to date. He has held various academic positions, including being the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Science at Bartın University. Currently, he is working at TÜBİTAK. Prof. Göktaş is fluent in English, married, and has three children.
