Prof. Dr. Kamil COLAK Overview

Prof. Dr. Kamil ÇOLAK graduated from the Department of History at the Middle East Technical University in 1994. In the same year, he started his career as a Research Assistant at the Department of History, Faculty of Science and Literature, Eskişehir Osmangazi University. He completed his master's degree in 1996 and his doctorate in 2000 at the Department of History, Social Sciences Institute, Hacettepe University. In 2002-2003, he served as an instructor at the Deutsch-Turkish Language and Culture Institute in Essen, Germany, through the Ministry of National Education. In 2012, he spent three months as a Visiting Scholar at the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies in the United Kingdom. Prof. Dr. Kamil ÇOLAK was awarded the title of associate professor in 2012. He is married and a father of two children.
