Dr. Kurtuluş Karamustafapaşa holds a Doctor of Science degree from the University of Strathclyde in the UK and is affiliated with Erciyes University. With a wealth of experience at Erciyes University, Dr. Karamustafapaşa has served as Deputy Director and Department Chair at the Nevşehir School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, as well as Deputy Dean at the Nevşehir Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He is currently a respected faculty member at the Faculty of Tourism. Dr. Karamustafapaşa, the founding rector of Kayseri University since September 6, 2018, has organized significant national events, contributed to reputable national and international journals, and possesses expertise in marketing, tourism, and hotel management, while also being fluent in English.
