Prof. Dr. Turhan Kaçar is a history graduate from Istanbul University (1989) and holds a master's degree from the University of Wales (1996). He served as a professor at Balıkesir University and later moved to Istanbul Medeniyet University. Renowned for his research, he has published in prestigious journals, spoken at conferences, and authored books on Roman and Byzantine history. He is a member of national and international scientific organizations.
